1、在組裝前，先將切割好的鋁型材及工業鋁材框架配件按照規格用途分類擺好；

2、在組裝鋁型材框架時需要在空間足夠的平坦地面上組裝，可鋪墊一些紙板或者其他紡織物，避免鋁型材和地面直接接觸，刮花表面；

3、如有需要預埋在鋁型材槽內的配件連接件，應先將其放置如鋁型材槽內，以免漏掉；
